We want every Bellgardt collector to feel confident in their purchase.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Because many Bellgardt pieces are one-of-a-kind, custom-made, vintage, fossil, mineral, or artifact-based items, some sales may be final. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page when applicable.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
