RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want every Bellgardt collector to feel confident in their purchase. Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Because many Bellgardt pieces are one-of-a-kind, custom-made, vintage, fossil, mineral, or artifact-based items, some sales may be final. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page when applicable. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
SHIPPING POLICY
Bellgardt Jewelry carefully packages each order to help protect your piece during delivery. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. We offer shipping within the United States and may offer international shipping where available. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Bellgardt Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect customer-provided addresses. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
